The floor broiler feeding system & drinking system is a new type of low-cost poultry feeding system, which can provide chickens with a more natural growing environment.

This broiler chicken feeding system is based on ground design and includes two systems for feeding and drinking. The broiler farming automatic feeding system is composed of silo.driving, feed tube, feed line etc. Drinking system is to provide proper poultry drinking solutions that feature fresh and clean drinking water.

-Main feed line is equipped with a dol feed dropping sensor, which can automatically stop feeding.

-Pan feeder has four gears to adjust the amount of feed in the pan feeder.

-The corrugated bottom can reduce too much feed accumulation and ensure the freshness of the feed.

-The nipple shell adopts high-quality engineering plastic, and the interior nipple is stainless steel.

-There are cups under drinker nipples to collect water, avoiding higher humidity on the floor of the chicken house.

-Customize the breeding volume per square meter according to the weight of the chicken.

The automatic chicken feeding system for broilers inculde material tower, motor, material sensor, hopper, deliver pipe, auger, feed pan, hanging system etc. The feeding system is mainly used to deliver feed from feed tower to the hopper, then from the hopper to fulfill the feed pan one by one through delivery pipe.

The system is equipped with sensors and timers that regulate the feeding process. These sensors monitor the feed levels in the storage bins and the feeders, ensuring that the feed is distributed efficiently. The timers can be programmed to dispense feed at specific intervals, ensuring a consistent feeding schedule for the broiler chickens.

  The bottom of the feeding pan can betaken off and placed on the groundto serve as a starter-pan for day old chicks.

The Automatic Drinking Line System for Broilers consists of water storage tanks, water pipes, drinkers, regulators, and control mechanisms. The water storage tanks store a sufficient quantity of clean water, which is then distributed through the water pipes to the drinkers located inside the chicken houses.
