We implemented the Automatic Layer Cage System for a 20K Layer Farm in Nigeria in May. It can help our customer minimize labor cost and feed cost, greatly improving the customer’s farm profitability.

Location: Southwestern region of Nigeria

Customer Background: The customer started farming for the first time and we provided a full set of farm construction solutions for them.

Equipment List for this Project

The 20K layer farm uses a full setup of automatic layer cages:

• 4-Tier A-type Layer Cages: These A-type layer cages provide ample space and comfort for the hens, promoting optimal egg production.
• Automatic Feeding System: This system automatically distributes feed to the hens, ensuring continuous and timely nutrition.
• Manure Removal System: Manure is automatically removed, maintaining hygiene and reducing labor requirements.
