1. Infrastructure and Design

We designed a 90*12m modern chicken house for the customer based on the customer’s land size of 100*30m. The design prioritizes space efficiency and biosecurity, incorporating multi-tiered layer cages that maximize vertical space. The chicken house is equipped with layer battery cage system to ensure optimal living conditions year-round.
2. Layer Battery Cage System
The battery chicken cage system employed at this facility is engineered for productivity and sustainability. It features stacked cages that maximize space usage and includes automated feeding, watering, and manure removal systems. Also this laying hen cage system also provides enough space for chickens to move around. Automated egg collection belts transport eggs directly from the cages to packing areas without human intervention, reducing handling stress on the birds and minimizing breakage.
This setup improves operational efficiency and egg yield while maintaining hygienic conditions. The system is equipped with environmental controls to ensure optimal temperature and ventilation. While it offers significant productivity benefits, modern systems also focus on improving the welfare and comfort of the hens, balancing efficiency with animal well-being.
3. Automation System for Poultry Cages
As part of its commitment to modernization, the farm utilizes an automatic chicken farm setup that streamlines operations significantly. Automatic feeders deliver precise amounts of feed at scheduled intervals based on real-time data analysis from each cage unit. Similarly, automated watering systems ensure that all hens have continuous access to fresh water without wastage.
